Terms of trade and returns

• The package can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Only if the purchase was made on our website www.herman-headwear.com
• The product must always have its labels.
• The product must be rendered intact and without prior use on your part.
• The product must be returned to its box with the return voucher completed. A copy of the return voucher is in the package (download the voucher back here)
• As explained in our terms of sale, the return costs are the customer's sole responsibility.
• If you want to exchange the product, we offer the cost of shipping the new product chosen. We reserve the right not to offer this option to anyone who abuses the free exchange system.
• If you intend to return the product because it is not compliant (defective, color error ...), please notify us before removal, otherwise the return fee will not be refunded.
• The return address is: Herman Headwear - E-shop, Rue Jean Meunier 6, 6922 Wellin, Belgium (please mention the "E-shop" so that your return is processed).
• As soon as you receive your return package, we will send you an e-mail confirmation of good receipt.
• The refund is made no later than 7 business days after receiving the package.
