If your face is oval,

then you clearly have a hat-to-head! The oval face is said to have a "perfect" shape in its proportions. All choices are allowed : capeline, panama, trilby, pork pie, big edge, small edge ... So you can easily find a hat that fits you; the whole thing will be to adapt it to your style.

If your face is round

A fedora, a borsalino or a trilby are choices that can highlight your face. If you have long hair, you can let it hang under the hat which will give the illusion of lengthening your face.  You will choose a hat with a short edge ideally or a hat with straighter lines, as opposed to the rounding of your face. If your face is square
